A little prep and the right aftercare help your results look better and last longer. Save this guide before your appointment.

Cluster Lashes

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean, dry lashes and no eye makeup.
  • Do not wear mascara, strip-lash glue, oils or heavy creams near your eyes.
  • Remove contact lenses if your eyes are sensitive.
  • Tell me about allergies, irritation, infections or recent eye procedures before service.

After Your Appointment

  • Keep lashes dry and avoid steam for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid oils around the lash line. Clean gently and pat dry.
  • Do not rub, pull, pick, curl or put mascara on your clusters.
  • Sleep on your back or side when possible and remove lashes safely—never pull them off.

Brow Tint

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive with clean brows and no makeup, oils or self-tanner around them.
  • Avoid retinoids, acids and exfoliation around the brows for 3–5 days.
  • Avoid waxing or threading for 3–5 days before your tint.
  • Tell me about allergies, sensitive skin, recent peels or skin treatments. A patch test may be recommended.

After Your Appointment

  • Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid steam, heavy sweating and swimming for 24 hours.
  • Avoid oils, scrubs, retinoids and acids directly on the brows for 48 hours.
  • Use a gentle cleanser and do not rub, scratch or pick at the area.

For your safety: follow the care instructions given at your appointment. If you develop significant pain, swelling, redness, blistering, discharge or vision changes, remove the product when safe to do so and seek medical care.
